About

With a passion for visual storytelling that began in childhood—writing and illustrating stories to share with my first-grade class—I’ve always been drawn to creative expression. Now, as a third-year Visual Communications major at the University of Delaware, that early spark has evolved into a drive to craft thoughtful, emotionally resonant brand experiences.

Through my studies in the Department of Art & Design, I’ve built a foundation in design principles while exploring various creative mediums—from photography and ceramics to printmaking and sculpture. My passion for digital design has grown through hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, which I’ve used to develop advertising campaigns and rebranding strategies tailored to new audiences. These projects have allowed me to merge strategy with creativity, gaining insights into the real-world impact of thoughtful visual communication.

Beyond the classroom, I’ve applied my design skills in leadership roles such as Merchandise Chair for Alpha Xi Delta, where I created apparel that aligned with both brand identity and diverse audience needs. My involvement in the Visual Communications Club has also helped me stay in tune with industry trends and collaborate within a supportive creative community. I thrive in team settings, especially when I can contribute from concept to execution, and I’m driven by the power of design to tell stories, inspire emotion, and spark meaningful engagement. Looking ahead, I’m eager to explore opportunities in branding and campaign development through internships that will challenge me and help refine my creative voice.
